Muscle and Soft Tissue Therapy
Muscles stabilize our joints and are reactive to direct and indirect trauma, large or small. Muscle therapies include deep tissue adhesion release, positional release, trigger point release, stretching, scraping, lymphatic, and Reiki which can be done in conjunction or without chiropractic adjustments with an emphasis on restoring proper posture, alignment, and circulation.
